Michael Millis

As the owner of Soulstice Training, LLC, Michael has been improving the lives of staff and management across the U.S. since the fall of 2002.

A former Customer Service All-Star Award Winner during his career at world famous Nordstrom Inc., Michael has lived, and knows well, the challenges facing service staff on a daily basis. This practical experience, combined with his 17 years in corporate training & development enable him to engage your staff and facilitate real behavioral change.

Michael holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of New Mexico and a certificate in Executive Development from Stanford University in addition to his attendance at numerous other professional conferences and programs.

Michael’s audiences enjoy his enthusiastic style, thought-provoking questions and real-world understanding.
